Phase3 is a collection of design tools you can use to build a
complete database application to run under Windows 3.x. From your
design, Phase3 will generate code in C or Pascal to create a
complete, stand-alone source program in your target language. Phase3
will then execute your nominated compiler to compile the final
stand-alone Windows-executable EXE file.
