Phase3 2.x

Phase3 is a collection of design tools you can use to build a complete database application to run under Windows 3.x. From your design, Phase3 will generate code in C or Pascal to create a complete, stand-alone source program in your target language. Phase3 will then execute your nominated compiler to compile the final stand-alone Windows-executable EXE file.

Phase3 allows you to change any aspect of your application at any time and to re-generate the source code as required. You can also write your own Pascal of C code at any point in the application. You can do this directly within Phase3 without having to modify the generated source code.

Phase3 also includes a true relational database management system (RDBMS) for storing and manipulating your application's data.
