pcAnywhere is a tool that enables one to remotely control another computer, or to be remotely controlled.
It was originally released in 1986 by Dynamic Microprocessor Associates, Inc and later Symantec. Some versions were branded under the "Norton" brand, owned by Symantec.
This version is specifically for Windows 95 and NT 3.51. 7.5 adds the ability to run multiple sessions. Presumably the bump to "7.x" brings the version in line with the DOS product.
