Release notes

Clarion Database Developer 3.0 adds a Windows-like graphical user interface. It features a new IDE, will compile applications to native x86 code, can use 386 Protected mode, and includes many language enhancements over the previous Clarion Developer.

Note: The initial 3.0 release and releases up to 3.0.3007 were extremely buggy.
